It’s been an unsettling time for us all, however, we are now aware how fundamental it is that we keep our mental health balanced in times of heightened stress and the unknown. At times of stress, for some of us, it creates uncertainty and a sense of fear. I am a dedicated Counsellor/Supervisor and I am fully committed to enable and empower you to achieve. I offer you a lifetime of experience in dealing with lifestyle difficulties. I can support you with most difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Shyness, Relationship problems, Trauma, Eating disorders, Anger management, Stress, Family difficulties, Parenting concerns, Addictions, Abuse and Self-esteem.

Young People: Refusing to go to school, fussy eating, bullying issues, anxiousness, violent outbursts, witness to domestic violence, sibling rivalry, autism, bereavements, risk of being expelled, learning disabilities, medical conditions, young carer, experimenting with drugs/alcohol use, relationships and self-harm.
Families: Family therapy is useful when as a family there is experiences of a wide range of difficulties and circumstances including: member of the family experiencing mental health difficulties (adult or sibling), sibling behavior difficulties, clashing parenting styles, illness and disability within the family, separation and divorce, drugs and alcohol, step-family life and communication difficulties
Individuals: Past influencing the present, feelings of shame, anxious parent, domestic/sexual abuse, controlling behaviour, OCD, depression, anxiety, abusive relationships, mental health difficulties, loneliness, lack of positive friendships /relationships. Finding answers of who you are and who you want to be, making positive changes in work/ personal life, choosing healthy friendships/relationships and taking healthy risks
Couples: Family pressures, commitments, illness, stuck in a rut, finances, unhappy, lack of intimacy, step family difficulties, sexual issues, same sex couples/marriage difficulties, work commitments, aggressive arguments and feelings of being controlled
My prime goal is to be able to offer you a solution that meets your needs. Life takes its toll on all of us, we all have that inner strength and with the right support you can make those changes.
