Autism and Anxiety Counselling in Essex

Being autistic in a world not built for you can be exhausting. I offer support that respects how you experience things.

Understanding

How can counselling help autistic people?

Counselling can support autistic people with anxiety, burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm and the strain of social demands. We work in a way that is clear, patient and adapted to you.

I do not diagnose autism, but I am happy to talk through exploring an assessment.
