Pregnancy Loss Counselling in Essex

Pregnancy loss is often a deep and unspoken grief. You are welcome to come whenever you are ready, whether the loss was recent or years ago.

Understanding

What is pregnancy loss counselling?

Pregnancy loss counselling offers a gentle, private space to grieve. It can support you after a miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy or termination, and also if you are struggling in a later pregnancy.

There is no right way to feel and no timetable. Partners are welcome too.

You may recognise

  • Overwhelming sadness, guilt or anger
  • Feeling alone or that others do not understand
  • Anxiety about future pregnancies
  • Difficulty being around pregnant friends or babies
